Shop Policies

Shipping:
All items are shipped USPS First-Class mail with a tracking number.  In-stock item orders are processed, packaged and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after your order is received. Shipping through USPS is completed during normal business hours Monday through Friday excluding USPS holidays and personal vacation periods. Custom made or dyed orders are processed, packaged and shipped within 14 to 21 business days.

Packages typically arrive 5-15 business days after shipping.  Please make sure your mailing/shipping address is correct when placing your order.  Once a package is handed over to the USPS (or other shipment carriers) we no longer can make any changes or control the speed or efficiency of the delivery service. No refunds will be given for shipments that are ‘late’ or ‘delayed’ by the carrier.

International Shipping:
Shipping charges for international orders will automatically be calculated during checkout. Check USPS.com for the latest rates. Generally, international orders can take 4–8 weeks to be delivered. Delivery time depends on the destination.  Note for international orders: your country may require duties and additional charges, these will be your responsibility.

Refunds & Exchanges:
I work very hard to make sure all of our customers are 100% satisfied. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email me with an explanation of why you are not happy with your item.  

  • Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • ​Refund is for item only; shipping will not be refunded. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING.

  • Please include a tracking/confirmation number when returning.

  • Item must be returned in original packaging and in same condition as received.

  • NO RETURNS on custom orders.

  • Refunds are issued after the return item is received from the customer.

Order cancellations:
If you change your mind before we ship, you may be eligible for a full refund (minus credit card fees which aren't refunded to us) provided we haven’t already dyed the yarn for you.  Once dyed, the order cannot be canceled.

Damage during shipment and other unhappy events:
On rare occasions packages will be damaged during shipment.  Please let me know immediately.  

Prices and policies are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right not to honor mistakes on our website.  As with any handmade or hand dyed item, colors vary (colors may appear different based on your computers monitor).
